Tremex-TM360, is a versatile one-component, neutral-cure silicone sealant engineered for general-purpose weatherproofing. Specifically designed to achieve outstanding adhesion to most building materials without the need for priming, TM360 boasts exceptional durability, making it ideal for enduring all types of weather conditions. This sealant is primarily utilized for sealing perimeters around windows and doors, as well as expansion joints and areas with dissimilar materials in residential homes and commercial buildings such as siding, metal (including aluminum), and enamel. With its easy-to-tool nature, it ensures that users can achieve precise seals with minimal effort, enhancing productivity and effectiveness. It is not recommended for use in temperatures exceeding 50 °C (122°F). The temperature stability ranges between -50 °C (-122°F) to +150 °C (+302°F).

Excellent adhesion, flexible, and designed to seal nonporous surfaces such as; showers, bathtubs, sinks, pipes, drains, faucets, vanities, kitchen countertops, and plumbing fixtures. Fully cured sealant is 100% waterproof, mold resistant, mildew resistant, stain resistant and prevents moisture. Will not change colour, crack and shrink / loose elasticity.
